Refund & Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders purchased from HaveCN Auto Parts. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements within 30 days from the date of delivery, only in the following situations:
• The product you received is defective or damaged.
• We sent the wrong item or incomplete parts.
• The product does not match the description on the product page.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be approved in the following cases:
• Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged by improper operation.
• Items without original packaging.
• Returns caused by customer ordering errors or misjudgment of fitment.
• Requests submitted after the 30-day return period.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours on working days.
Please return the item with a tracking number after receiving our approval. We will not accept unapproved returned packages.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is caused by customer reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
6. Replacement Service
For confirmed defective, damaged or wrong items, we provide free replacement service. The new item will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
