All customs duties, import taxes and related fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during shipping, we will resend the order or issue a full refund after verification with the logistics provider.

Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failed customs clearance will be refunded after deducting actual shipping expenses.
